1. Definitions and Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ck444 baji platform and all services operated under it. "Platform" refers to the ck444 baji website, mobile application and all associated digital channels. "Member" refers to any person who has registered on this platform and is using its services.

By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any condition, you are requested to refrain from using the service. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh and shall serve as the primary document for resolving any disputes.

1.1 Scope of the Terms

2. Membership and Eligibility

• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is considered a violation of the Terms.

• Members must operate their account in their own name — operating an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

ck444 baji may request identity verification from a member at any time. This process may require a copy of a national ID card, passport or driving licence, as well as proof of address. The platform reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if the required documents are not submitted within the specified time. Large withdrawal requests may be delayed until verification is complete.

3. Account Management

Each member is fully responsible for the security of their own account. Keeping login credentials confidential and not sharing them with anyone else is entirely the member's responsibility.

3.1 Password Security

Use a strong password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters. Changing your password regularly is advisable from a security standpoint. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact the ck444 baji support team immediately.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If a member's mobile number, email or address changes, the profile must be updated in a timely manner. If a withdrawal is delayed due to inconsistent or incorrect information, the member bears full responsibility.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there has been no login or transaction for six consecutive months. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts, and members will be notified in advance.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are:

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The account must be fully verified (KYC completed) at the time of making a withdrawal request.
• If the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met, the portion related to that bonus cannot be withdrawn.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

New members at ck444 baji receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This bonus is not free cash; it is a matched bonus that can be withdrawn after meeting specific wagering requirements.

5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

• The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Example 1: On a ৳1,000 deposit the bonus is ৳2,000 — total balance ৳3,000 — wagering required: ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.
• Example 2: On a ৳20,200 deposit the bonus is ৳20,000 — total balance ৳40,200 — wagering required: ৳20,000 × 25 = ৳5,00,000.
• The bonus applies only once with the first deposit.
• While a bonus is active, the original deposited amount cannot be withdrawn either until the wagering requirements are completed.

5.2 Bonus Abuse is Prohibited

Abuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or creating artificial wagering through matched betting — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, ck444 baji offers special promotions. Each promotion has its own separate terms, which are published on the offers page. A promotion cannot be claimed after it has expired.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The ck444 baji platform offers sports betting, casino games, live casino and fishing games. The following general rules apply to each section.

6.1 Placing and Cancelling Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• ck444 baji reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• The platform will not be responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection.

6.2 Sports Betting

All sports betting — including cricket, football and badminton — follows internationally recognised rules. If a match is abandoned, suspended or its scheduled time is changed, bets may be cancelled in certain cases — the decision of ck444 baji in such matters is final.

6.3 Casino Games

6.4 Live Casino

If a connection is lost during a live casino session due to a technical issue, the result of that round will be determined according to server logs. The live dealer's decision is final, though a round may be cancelled in the case of a clear human error.

7. VIP Program

The ck444 baji VIP Program has five tiers. A member's tier advances based on their activity and betting volume. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Cashback is calculated on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). For example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

VIP cashback is credited to the member's account every Monday. The cashback balance can be withdrawn directly — no additional wagering requirements apply.

8. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using another person's identity.
• Making artificial transactions or bets to obtain bonus benefits.
• Gaining unfair advantages through hacking, manipulation or software exploitation.
• Stealing another member's account credentials or attempting unauthorised access.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Spreading false information about the platform online or attempting to damage its reputation.

9. Limitation of Liability

ck444 baji makes every effort to ensure continuity of service, but the platform will not be liable in the following situations:

• Losses caused by the member's own internet connection problems.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment processors.
• Losses resulting from the member leaving their account credentials unsecured.
• Unexpected technical issues or scheduled server maintenance.
• Failed transactions due to incorrect payment account details provided by the member.

The platform's maximum liability shall not in any circumstances exceed the principal amount of the transaction in question.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

ck444 baji treats the protection of members' personal information as its highest priority. Information collected at the time of registration is used solely for providing the service, verifying identity and fulfilling legal obligations. If evidence of any breach of these terms, fraud, or deceptive activity is found, ck444 baji may close an account without prior notice. In such cases, there may be an option to appeal regarding any forfeited balance, but the final decision rests with ck444 baji.
